On the left is some vodka that is being infused with Thai chilis and after about six weeks, I plan to infuse it with bacon. On the right is the juice from fermented salsa I made in March of 2015. After fermenting the salsa overnight, I pour off the juice and cap the juice with olive oil (as an air lock) and let it age.

Hopefully these will combine to make a badass Bloody Mary!
