Today's Espresso Run

Today I went to Chye Seng Huat Hardware (CSHH) coffee and roastery. What a great setup and truly delicious coffee! I had an espresso and after watching a V60 preparation, I decided to get a chemex of their Sidamo and it was excellent and very well presented. They really get it here. I’ll be back.

I also stumbled upon a hawker center, Kopitiam, that was recommended by a friend. It certainly lived up to the recommendation.
